Privacy policy

This policy explains how FPM Group LLC (“FPM Group”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit https://www.fpm.group or engage our services.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your email address, the revenue range you select, and the message you write.
• Information from engagements. If you become a client we collect the business and billing information needed to deliver and invoice the service, including contact details and company information.
• Technical information. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) generated when you load the site.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not collect special categories of personal data.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and assess whether we can help.
• To deliver, support and invoice services you have contracted.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To keep the site secure and diagnose technical problems.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe processes that data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us operate, and only to the extent needed: website hosting (Vercel), email delivery and CRM, accounting, and payment processing (Stripe). Each is bound by contract to protect the data.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the relationship and for as long as tax and legal obligations require afterwards — generally seven years.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to it. To exercise any of these rights, email santiago@fpm.group. We respond within 30 days. You may also withdraw consent to marketing at any time — every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to client data is limited to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We are based in Wyoming, United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
